Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the online game "HexaFuse" and all related services. By registering and using the game, you accept these terms.

2. User Account

  • Creating a user account is required to use HexaFuse.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and password.
  • Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts may be suspended.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. Game Rules and Conduct

  • Fair play is mandatory. Cheating is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of bots, scripts, or other automation tools is prohibited.
  • Intentionally leaving games (ragequitting) may result in ELO penalties or temporary bans.
  • Offensive or discriminatory behavior towards other players will not be tolerated.

4. ELO System and Leaderboard

The ELO ranking system evaluates your playing strength based on game results. Your leaderboard position is determined automatically by your ELO score. Manipulation attempts (e.g., through intentional losses) will lead to disqualification.

5. Liability

HexaFuse is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service. We are not liable for data loss not caused by us. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

7. Final Provisions

The laws of the Republic of Austria apply. If individual provisions of these terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
